Different dog whistles are used by different WS groups. While some are universal, not all are.
For example “Til Valhalla” variations can be a dog whistle, an actual religious statement for the followers of Norse religions who are not Neo Nazis or used in military / LEO “warrior culture”.
The Neo Nazis who use it as a dog whistle are Neo Nazis who actually attempt to integrate Norse religious beliefs into their Nazism further than the old school Nazis did. While the phrase was used by some WWII Nazis such as Pilot Heinrich Ehrler’s last words, Neo Nazi groups pick and choose which aspects of WWII Nazis to incorporate into their beliefs.
Followers of Wotanism, such as Blood Tribe, for example. Neo Nazis who aligned with the Nordic or Germanic heritage will use the phrase.
Some Neo Nazi groups have pushed to expand the idea of a “pure race” away from “blond hair blue eyed German / Norse heritage” to include any “straight conservative Christian (mainly Protestant) white person”. Those will not normally use the phrase outside of Military and LEO use.
Kash Patel is aligned with a different sect of WS and Neo Nazis for it to be an outright dog whistle.
The Hindu man is not wishing the Protestant that he “will see him in Vahalla” as Nazi dog whistle, he is wishing him that he “will see him in Vahalla” because they were both LARPING as “soldiers on a battlefield against the evil left” who both happen to be aligned with WS and Neo Nazis.
Its an academnic difference but it is a difference and the first rule of resistance is “know your enemy”.
